Privacy Commitment

SIMUOVE LLC respects user privacy and has designed SIMUOVE to operate with minimal data access. The game does not require registration, login, or submission of personal information to play.

Personal Information

SIMUOVE does not request, collect, transmit, or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, precise location, contacts, photographs, account credentials, or government identification.

Game Progress Stored Locally

Gameplay information is stored locally on your device so that game features can function correctly. This may include your highest unlocked level, coins, best score, total runs, total distance, achievements, selected runner, upgrades, tutorial completion, Daily Challenge status, and game settings.

No User Accounts

The game does not provide account creation, sign-in, social login, OTP verification, or online profiles. Because no account is created, there is no online account information maintained by SIMUOVE LLC.

Permissions

The current version only uses the normal Android vibration capability for optional gameplay haptic feedback. The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, files, or external storage.

Internet and Online Tracking

The current version does not request Android Internet permission and does not send gameplay information to SIMUOVE LLC servers. There is no cloud save, remote player tracking, online multiplayer, or background network tracking in this version.

Advertising and Analytics

SIMUOVE currently does not contain advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising systems, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers. Gameplay is not profiled for targeted advertising.

Third-Party Components

The game uses standard Android libraries and locally bundled game resources required for application functionality and presentation. The included visual/game assets operate locally and are not used to collect or transmit personal information.

Data Sharing and Sale

SIMUOVE LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties because the current game does not collect personal information from players.

Audio and Haptic Features

Music, sound effects, and vibration are used only to improve gameplay feedback. Players can control supported audio and haptic options from the game settings. These features do not record microphone audio or collect personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored game progress remains on the device until it is reset through the game's available reset functionality, cleared through Android application settings, or removed when the application and its local data are deleted. SIMUOVE LLC does not retain a remote copy of this local gameplay data.

Children's Privacy

SIMUOVE is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of personal information. The current game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players and does not contain real-money gambling, betting, cash rewards, or targeted advertising systems.

Security

SIMUOVE minimizes privacy risk by keeping supported gameplay progress locally and avoiding unnecessary sensitive permissions and remote data transmission. Users should also keep their Android device and operating system appropriately secured.
